Find the Official Route Without Guessing a Portal

Public pages use more than one technology name. Verify your employer’s current instructions rather than trusting a familiar search result.

This is an independent orientation guide, not an employee sign-in page. Worklife Papertrail cannot provide accounts, reset passwords, recover payroll access or view private employment records. To reach your actual service, use the current route supplied by your employer or confirm it through a contact you already trust.

Why a remembered product name may not be enough

On September 30, 2026, the Resourcing Edge public homepage showed employee/manager links labeled PrismONE and references to an older login, while OneDigital’s PEO page still described technology as re360. That public difference is a reason to verify, not a basis for guessing which platform every reader uses.

OneDigital’s March 17, 2022 announcement documents its acquisition of Resourcing Edge. The announcement is historical context; it does not confirm a current login route, a migration date for your employer or the functions available in your account.

Use a trusted starting point

If you already have employer-issued instructions, check whether they are current and apply to your organization. If you do not, ask the employer’s known HR, payroll or designated support contact for the official route. A public company homepage can help identify the company, but its general navigation may contain multiple services for different users.

Do not try a sequence of guessed URLs or enter credentials into a page because its design looks familiar. An advertisement, directory listing or independent guide can rank above an official service without providing the account you need. This page deliberately offers no imitation sign-in box.

Three common situations

Choose a verification step
Situation Useful next step What not to assume
You have a working employer-provided route Use that route and follow its current instructions That a newly found link is a required replacement
You received an unexpected migration message Verify it through a known employer contact That urgency or a logo proves authenticity
You no longer work there and need your own record Ask for the authorized former-worker retrieval process That old access is still authorized or required

Keep an access question free of secrets

A useful initial request is: “Please confirm the current official route for obtaining my pay statements and the designated help process if I cannot access it.” You can identify the document needed without sending a password, authentication code or full tax form.

If the verified service offers account-recovery instructions, follow that service’s process. This publication has not inspected your private interface, so it does not invent button names, menu paths or expected response times. A public reference to a technology product is not evidence that a particular private feature exists for you.

Authentication deserves a separate check

The FTC’s authentication guidance explains why an additional factor can improve account protection. Use the options and instructions the real service supports. Do not share a one-time code with an unexpected caller or approve an unrecognized sign-in request.

If access fails, keep a short private record of the time, general error description and verified route used. Do not post screenshots containing identifiers, balances or personal records in a public forum. A support request can begin with the problem description; the authorized service can specify any safe diagnostic information it needs.

Know when access is not the real question

Sometimes the account works but the document is unclear. For that problem, go directly to the pay-statement checks or benefit-document comparison. Successfully signing in does not explain a deduction, confirm plan eligibility or resolve a workplace decision. The useful next resource depends on the question behind the login.
